Shipping policy

✅ Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Processing time does not count toward delivery time.

  • You will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order has shipped.

 

🚚 Shipping Options & Pricing

Standard Shipping: Free for orders of $75 (after discounts, not including shipping/taxes).  Our free or flat-rate shipping only applies to the continental U.S. Apologies, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska—shipping to paradise has its perks and quirks.

Expedited Shipping: Depending on items in your cart, estimates of the shipping cost will be provided at checkout.  Not all orders can have expedited shipping.

International Shipping: Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. that are required by your country for importing consumer goods. 

No International Shipping

  • At this time, ShellShock Energy does not ship internationally.

  • Orders can only be delivered within the United States.

 

📩 Order Tracking

  • Tracking information is sent automatically to your email once your package ships.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to begin showing movement.

 

✏️ Changing Your Shipping Address

  • If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately after placing your order.

  • Once an order enters processing or ships, we are unable to modify the address.
